By using the LectureLegacy platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Use of Service

LectureLegacy provides AI-powered study tools. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

2. User Content and AI Generation

When you upload material (PDFs, videos, text, etc.), you retain ownership of your original content. However, by using our Service, you grant LectureLegacy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service.

Note on Generated Content and Programmatic SEO: By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that LectureLegacy may utilize anonymized or non-proprietary content generated through our AI tools for educational, marketing, or programmatic SEO (pSEO) purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, utilizing generated study notes or structured summaries for public blog posts, community resources, and search engine optimization to help other learners discover high-quality educational material.

3. Credits and Subscriptions

LectureLegacy uses a credit-based system. Credits are renewed based on your current subscription plan (Free, Pro, or Pro+). All payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Settings panel.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to bypass any security measures, scrape the site, or use the service for illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

LectureLegacy provides tools for study enhancement, but we do not guarantee exam results or full accuracy of AI-generated content. Use of the service is at your own risk.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
